Morning, every morning when I wake up. I have a subject for my blog, I don’t have the subject when I go to sleep just when I wake. So this morning I had this advert running around in my head.
I guess because today’s blog is not about Cancer or what we are facing its about how we deal with it, how we cope. What we do as people in the eye of adversity. What we say, our attitude, our manner. Our approach matters, it really does make a differance in our battle. You see some battles are over before we even have the fight. Why because we have won or lost it in our own minds. Its our choice how we face today. Its our choice how we prepare for tomorrow.
Everyday I am alive I am determined to Win, I am a fighter. Today is not a day…

Excellent!
Thank you for being a fighter!
Great vid!
Yes, we always have choices.
I always try to chose joy…even on the toughest days I can find some joy and some things to laugh about!
HUGS,
Carolyn 🙂
PS…I’ve only been in my cancer journey for less than a year now. I’ve blogged about it a bit, and plan to blog more about it in the future. But, I love making my friends laugh, so I usually blog fun stuff. 🙂

Thanks for your comment Carolyn, your quite obviously a friend for life. Sorry I am only just replying. I have had a bit of time to myself finding ways of coping with my pain. Sending love and friendship from Southport, England.

Thank you. I love it too. It made me smile. It has been a very rough last couple weeks. God has been very present. Or rather, I have been mindful of His constant presence. But sometimes…after being “in the fight” for many days…once the craziness (doesn’t necessarily die down) gives way to reflection…it can all feel like a tsunami that I’ve been treading far too long. Or a physical battle on the field…and I am just now pausing to process. I know you understand that moment.
I am going to write on my blog. You always seem to bring that out in me. Awesome. 🙂 ❤

Then that my dearest friend is all I can hope for. That what you read makes for a positive thought in the face of adversity. Keep reflecting. I see it as a birds nest above a water fall. The birds are oblivious to the raging water fal and rest regardless. Waterfalls will not be stopped but we can find peace in reflection. Oh yes, I understand alright 😊 please accept my thanks for your comment.

I couldn’t find a way to send you a private message. I only wanted to do so…in order to ensure I didn’t have to worry too much about the misunderstanding of me sharing a recent blog post of my own, with you. So, I preface with that. 🙂

Amen to that. Everyone needs to understand that we are the product of our thoughts and words.
